Mobile Massage Therapy

Therapist provides all necessary materials to massage you in the comfort of your own space.

Reflexology goes way beyond a great foot massage. The feet are mini maps of the entire body. There are specific points on the feet (called reflex points) that represent every organs and body systems. The connection between our feet and the organs comes through our nervous system. Nerves branch out of our spine, pass through the organs and body systems and end at the feet.
When the practitioner works on the reflex points, signals are being sent to the organs, through the nervous system.
The practitioner may feel that a reflex point feels tense or sensitive, which would mean that the organ that relates to that point needs balancing. The practitioner will work on the reflex point until it feels more balanced or until the tension releases.
Reflexology is very relaxing, which promotes healing and wellbeing.
